The Quarry

I recently paid a visit to Mauthausen in Austria, the former concentration camp. A granite quarry is a stone’s throw away.  Simon Wiesenthal who survived and became a world-famous Nazi-hunter after the war was one of its most famous prisoners, and one of the few who survived.
