Israeli Jewish lawyer represents 50 Palestinian torture victims because other “Human Rights” organisations refuse

editor 8 December 2017

By Christians United For Israel (CUFI).. A Jewish lawyer, who the media would describe decoratively as a “far-right settler”, has come to the aid of fifty Palestinians who were tortured by the Palestinian Authority.

The victims, all Palestinian Arabs, were jailed, beaten, kidnapped, tortured, some even raped, and others killed by their own government, because they were suspected of working with Israel. And the most shocking part is that 230, so-called, Human Rights Organisations have turned them down when they were asked to help. (more…)

As unity process goes nowhere fast, Hamas leader’s tactic will be to blame PA

editor 30 November 2017

By Avi Issacharoff.. Gaza’s Yahya Sinwar, purportedly determined to seek Palestinian reconciliation ‘for the sake of the children,’ wants to be able to say that he tried but Abbas scuppered the process. On instructions from Egypt, delegates from the various Palestinian groups showed up in Cairo this week to discuss the “historic” reconciliation agreement between Hamas and Fatah. Almost everyone was there, from the highest-ranking officials from both main groups to representatives of organizations so minor that people wondered why they’d been invited. When Egypt’s General Intelligence Directorate, headed by Minister Khaled Fawzy, issues invitations, nobody can refuse. PA Government, PA TV, and Fatah all present a world without Israel

editor 24 November 2017

By Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik.. The Palestinian Authority and Fatah continue to present to Palestinians an image of a world without Israel, using a map that erases Israel and replaces it with “Palestine.” This continues despite the PA and Fatah’s numerous assurances to American and European leaders that they recognise Israel and support a two-state solution. Here are three recent examples of the use of this map in which “Palestine” replaces all of Israel. (more…)

Palestinians: If You Do Not Give Us Everything, We Cannot Trust You

editor 23 November 2017

By Bassam Tawil.. The Palestinians have made up their mind: The Trump peace plan is bad for us and we will not accept it. The plan is bad because it does not force Israel to give the Palestinians everything. If and when the Trump administration makes public its peace plan, the Palestinians will be the first to reject it, simply because it does not meet all their demands. Trump will soon learn that for Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinians, 99% is just not enough. The day Palestine gave up

editor 22 November 2017

By Haviv Rettig Gur.. In last month’s (October 2017) reconciliation agreement, Abbas handed his legacy into Hamas’s keeping, and Hamas revealed that it is strong enough to drag its people to war, but not to freedom. On November 1 (2017), against all expectations, Hamas officials dismantled the checkpoints the organization maintained inside the Israeli-controlled crossings on the Israeli-Gazan border. It was a dramatic step. No longer would Palestinians leaving Gaza for Israel or the West Bank face questioning by Hamas intelligence officials about their business. No longer would Palestinians entering Gaza face the exorbitant import taxes and other fees imposed by Hamas. Mahmoud Abbas’s Guardian op-ed illustrates the dishonesty of the ‘Palestinian narrative’

editor 20 November 2017

By Adam Levick.. The Guardian’s efforts to amplify the ‘injustice’ of Israel’s continued existence in the context of the Balfour Centennial went into high gear yesterday (November 1, 2017), as they published an op-ed  by PA President Mahmoud Abbas that included nearly every distortion and lie within what’s known as the ‘Palestinian narrative’.

Here are some of Abbas’s claims in his op-ed (Britain must atone for the Balfour declaration – and 100 years of suffering, November 1, 2017). (more…)

Union threatened Palestinian artists with expulsion if they engaged in “normalization” with Israel

editor 18 October 2017

By Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik.. Palestinians reject “normalization” with Israel:
Palestinian artists warned  they would be “expelled” from union if they participated in Israeli cultural festival in Jerusalem. “The union rejects the participation of any Palestinian artist in the rally, and it will expel any artist who is proven to have participated in any ceremony or festival whose goal is to create normalization with the occupation”. How Palestine “Occupies” Itself

editor 14 October 2017

By Dr. Asaf Romirowski.. BESA Center Perspectives Paper No. 606, October 7, 2017

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: “Occupation” has become an all-purpose Palestinian tool. On the one hand, the Palestinians claim the Israeli “occupation” makes serious negotiations with Israel impossible. On the other, they claim the “occupation” makes the development of local institutions and civil society impossible. Western and Israeli diplomats have largely avoided criticism of this strategy, possibly because it has become a central tenet of Palestinian identity. The Hen-House Votes For The Fox

editor 12 October 2017

By Melanie Phillips.. Interpol, the world’s largest international police organisation, today (September 27, 2017) accepted the “State of Palestine” as a full member. The Palestinians’ membership bid was accepted with 75 countries voting yes, 24 voting no, and 34 abstaining. The Times of Israel reports: “Israel fiercely objected to the Palestinians joining Interpol, arguing that Ramallah’s alleged support for terrorism could hinder rather than aid Interpol’s efforts.” (more…)

Hamas seeking to take over the Palestinian Authority

editor 5 October 2017

Yaakov Lappin/JNS.org.. The recent terror attack that killed three Israelis in Har Adar is a reminder of the fragile security situation across Israel, Judea and Samaria (the territories), and Gaza.  Most of the time, the situation looks calm. But hidden from view is the titanic struggle raging 24 hours a day between Israel’s security forces and Palestinian terrorists. The latter are working relentlessly to try to commit atrocities.
